ANTIDEPRESSANTS AND RELATED MEDICATIONS

Psychotropic medications, which include antidepressants, can cause weight gain. Among the many that cause weight gain are the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) which include Prozac and Zoloft, other antidepressants such as Tofranil, Klonopin, Wellbutrim, Pamelor, Elavil, and agents such as Lithium, Mellaril, Depakene, and many others.

If this has happened to you, you are not alone. We can help you lose the weight and feel better. You can read more about our research and success reversing medication-induced weight gain published in Psychopharmacology Bulletin, Summer 2002, or contact us by phone at 1-866-ADARA88 (1-866-232-7288) or by email at info@adaracenter.com.
